I’m a professional cake designer with a real passion for creating beautiful, show-stopping cakes for every occasion. By combining carefully developed recipes with a refined finish, I create cakes that taste just as wonderful as they look. Every cake is made with care and attention, designed to become a memorable and delicious centrepiece for your celebration.

Whether you’re looking for a birthday cake, an elegant anniversary design, a baby shower cake or beautifully decorated cupcakes, I’d love to help bring your ideas to life. You’re very welcome to get in touch to talk through your vision and start creating something truly special.

I offer a wide range of bespoke designs to suit all kinds of celebrations, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, miniature cakes, edible favours and dessert tables. Whatever the occasion, I’ll work with you to create something that feels personal and memorable.

As each cake is handcrafted and made to order, pricing will vary depending on the design and level of detail involved. As a guide, a cake serving approximately 20-30 portions, featuring a handcrafted sugar character topper, typically starts from around £130.

I know ordering a bespoke cake can come with lots of questions, so I’ve answered some of the most common ones here. If there’s anything else you’re unsure about, you’re always welcome to get in touch.

  • My home studio is based near Brentwood in Essex, and I work with clients across London and the South East of England.

  • "Tracy is incredibly talented and creative—she turned our requests into beautiful, delicious cakes. She made three for us (two for my birthday and one for my husband), and we loved every one. The first featured real, large roses with gold flakes; it looked absolutely gorgeous and irresistible. The second was an impressively detailed crocodile Birkin bag—I almost didn’t want to cut into it. For my Star Wars–fan husband, she created a Mandalorian-themed cake and delivered it to his workplace; he absolutely loved it!"
