A Little About Me...
Hi, I’m Tracy. I live in Brentwood (Essex) with my family, and work full time making custom wedding and celebration cakes.
I’ve always had a passion for baking and all things creative. When my children were young, I enrolled in several cake decorating courses and loved creating their birthday cakes - making each one bigger, better, and more elaborate every year.
My love for baking continued to grow while living in Hong Kong for several years, where the vibrant expat community kept me busy designing wedding and celebration cakes. I thoroughly enjoyed working with clients from many different cultures and bringing their unique design ideas to life.
After returning to the UK, I founded The Icing Whisk, combining my passion for creativity with my dedication to crafting beautiful, bespoke cakes.
I pride myself on having a keen eye for detail and, perhaps, being a bit of a perfectionist. I enjoy working closely with my clients throughout the entire process, as I believe this collaboration is key to creating the perfect cake. Each cake is thoughtfully designed around the special day, with every detail carefully considered.
My aim is to make choosing your cake as enjoyable and stress-free as possible—from the moment you first enquire to the final set-up on your special day. Using the finest and freshest ingredients, I strive to create cakes that not only look exquisite but taste truly luxurious.
It is always an honour to design and create a unique cake, and nothing means more to me than seeing their reaction when they first see the finished piece—exactly as they imagined it.
